Deleting DLL that is always protected without going in Safe Mode?

I cannot use Windows Safe Mode and have to delete a DLL from iWin Games that didn't get deleted in uninstall and whenever I try to delete it says Access Denied.

My Antivirus is reporting it as malicious software that is trying to interfere with Explorer.exe.

Most people use Safe Boot but you can run a shareware program called Unlocker.

If you can boot you should be able to press the F8 key to Safe Boot. True?

You really should include details like the name of the DLL and the antivirus you use.

I'm generally satisfied with Kaspersky. You can install a 30day trial package.

See if your anti-virus can remove it.
Boot your computer with a Windows 2000 or Windows XP startup disk.

Select the option to recover files.

Then select the operating system you wish to boot up into.

Once you get to the recovery console, it will be a DOS prompt.

Find the file then and delete it .

Then reboot.

Good luck.
There is an easy procedure to delete a .dll file:

1. In Start Menu\Run type this line: regsvr32 /u "Dll full path".

2. This command used to unregister .dll files.

3. Try now to delete the .dll file manually.

PS

You must be sure that this .dll file is not a System .dll file.
