Spy-Shredder?

I have on my PC the Spy-shredder virus. I did not install it it was installed by a Trojan horse. I need to know how to get rid of it FREE. I don't want to put my credit card number on an infected computer, and every antivirus wants me to buy their software to remove the virus. Any suggestions?
