A prob with yahoo status there is some unnecessary stutus with virus so plz tell me how can i remove

respected sir, i have some problem with yahoo messenger, actually what happened was , i got a msg from my chat mate that was a site actually ,i clicked that site that site called http://hoadongnoi.biz ,through this i got kind of software,i didn't know anything about that so i saved that its a virus,i have gone through the AVG antivirus and i have deleted this software but still its automatically generating a status and sending a same msgs to other chat mate and its language is not english so i m not able to understand that so please help me in that case , i'll be glad thanking you
