may be i must have intalled some unknown software in my system. When my antivirus detects the virus it shows the folder which has it and that folder is in 'program files' . My antivirus keeps on saying ' virus is blocked and your system is safe now' but the system restarts every 2 mins which doesn't let me do anything. When i tried with bootable cd it couldn' go to C drive in the DOS prompt. Is there anyway to clean that virus apart from formatting cuz i have very important data in it. If thats not possible than can u plz tell me how to take a backup of important files in this kind of situation. The situation being system rebooting after every 2 mins.
