OKay everybody's saying...?

Well not everybody but a lot of people that I asked where could i get SP2 told me to go microsoft update and when I went there all it did was download other things but it never really downloaded SP2. I tried searching it in their search bar it siad sownload software in window's update. I clicked on there and it didn't even download it. So what do I do? I need SP2 for Itunes and other softwares. Plus I need it so that my antivirus will work. Please help!!!

P.S. What's the difference between SP2 and SP4? Should I download both?

it will do everything automatic for you. If you a legit copy of windows that is. You have to use Internet Explorer though.
