Can't Compose, Reply, or Forward in Yahoo! Mail? HELP!?

I'm looking for some help from people who have this problem. I don't actually have the problem, otherwise I would have solved it already. I need help from other users who do.

The issue is that in the Yahoo! Mail client, you cannot compose, reply, or forward messages. The buttons will not work and you do not have a text box to type the message body. Often, you will see a script error in the bottom left hand corner of the Internet Explorer browser.

Please try the following steps one at a time and let me know which resolves the issue:

1. Temporarily and completely disable antivirus.

2. Temporarily and completely disable firewall (both hardware and software).

3. Temporarily and completely disable any antispy software.

4. Run a complete antivirus/antispy scan and remove any infections found.

5. Update Java Virtual Machine.

6. Disable browser add-ons.

7. Lower internet security settings in Internet Explorer.

Thanks for the informative question. Actually, I don't have this problem but I will keep the information. During the past, for a period of time, it was not possible to me to do an attachment to my YAHOO e-mail and send it.

Any special measures in order to affront it?

Or we follow the general instructions that you have given?
