Good Day. I'm ahving problem with loading installing softwares, I have registered Quick Heal Antivirus but when I'm installing something like Direct X or any other software it prompt me like some Dll file error "Abort" "Retry" %26 "Ignore". I had format my C drive but still. I dont know what is the cause. If require any more information to Extend my question please reply me.

Try disabling the antivirus temporarily while you install. If it installs fine after that, the antivirus is blocking the program.
