Slow process in IE browser?

when i type website address in address bar of internet explorer 6, it takes some time to start process. when i click after entering address ,some time after it gets clicked %26 proceed . many times it says could not find server,the page cannot displayed .

i had problem in internet browser %26 due to some corrupted installed /uninstall programs . pls tell ur suggestion .

pls note : dont tell spyware programs , antivirus . i know those .

pls tell software to fix program like regcure. regcure is paid one . ineed full free version. also what the problem is
