Firefox Randomly Opens?

Ever since i played around with ip/proxy changing software, every now and then a Firefox page/tab opens to one of the following sites:

http://smart4.my10gb.com/

http://smart-antivirus.blogspot.com...

I've run AVG and Ad Aware but they didn't pick anything up

You've got adware of some sort. You could do a system rollback if your AV just don't pick anything up.

try clearing your cookies and temporary files or use another anti virus,..............KASPERKY
if it starts up when you boot your PC us then its most probably on your startup file and the shortcut just simply needs to be removed from that folder.
