Help! i cant change my default internet homepage?

For some strange reason the default internet homepage in my computer has changed to the following:

res://ieframe.dll/navcancl.htm

I have tried to change the homepage by using properties in the internet options but still the problem persists. Each time i log on to the net the above site is desplayed stating that my computer has some spyware, maleware and prompts me to download SPYHEAL and PESTCAPTURE.

The exact phrase that comes up is as follows:

System Security Status: Warning

Attention! Your system is currently vulnerable to computer attacks. Remote intruders can gain access to following files and folders on your PC:

- \Windows\System32

- \Program Files\Internet Explorer

- \My Documents

- Drive C:\ files

To enhance the security on your PC Download and run Intrusion Detection System (IDS software)

I get an additional warning from '"security centre"" stating thefollowing:

W32.myzor.fk@yf is a virus that can potentialy harm my computer

I have norton antivirus

That sounds like adware (similar to spyware) that is running on your computer. Some company trying to sell you SPYHEAL and PESTCAPTURE has installed adware on your computer which changes your default home page automatically to display their ad.
