I have all kind of antivirus and spyware removal tools installed on my computer, including the Yahoo Anti Spy and nothing seems to detect any spyware or software that is allowing that pop up to appear, I can cancel it with a stronger pop-up blocker but I want to stop the source. I haven't been able to find anything on the net about it.
I keep getting a pop-up window in my computer saying (Advertising-NSIS Media) and don't know what is it?house call
Your computer has been taken-over by spyware/malware.
Google for "spybot search and destroy" and "Ad Aware" for tools to start removing it from your system.
If you don't get rid of it, your system will probably be hijacked and made into spam generating machines.

just cross it .
Spyware can be pretty difficult to remove sometimes. Often, it's designed to evade anti-spyware/virus software, especially if its actively running.
Your best bet is to boot into Windows safe mode, where it is unlikely the spyware would be loaded. The best anti-spyware program out there, in my opinion is Spybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index... and then Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaw... Install one of these programs, and reboot into safe mode. These are directions into getting into safe mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.s... Once in safe mode, run a full system scan, and see what comes up.
i use the free version of ad-aware and it seems to do a wonderful job of eliminating spyware
I did a search using google search on the net and found some info about it on the winamp.com forums. Check them out for more information. It is spyware.
CTRL ALT DELETE - look in your running process to get the correct name. Search it and remove it in Safe Mode (F8). If you don't recognize the names in the processes, you can google them and see if they are good or bad. That's one idea...
Also a line in your registry can cause the Pop Ups. In this case, you will need to remove the code from the registry. I have been told C-Cleaner is fantastic for cleaning up registries. You can safely download this from Download.com (A safe site according to most techs and myself). Good luck, I know you will find it.
Step 1: Remove completely, any and all Yahoo tools.
Step 2: Remove any anti-spyware tools
Step 3: Download and install Adaware
Step 4: Be Happy
EDIT: Spyboy Search %26 Destory is useless. Avoid using it.
