"winlogon.exe" is infected with a trojan on my PC. how can i solve this problem?

hello my dear virtual friends!

kaspersky anti virus professional 5.0 was installed on my computer;

this anti virus software detect a Trojan on my computer, but it

can not delete or disinfect that Trojan from my computer.

after that problem, i wanted install the newer version of KasperSky

anti virus 6.0, but after restarting my computer, kaspersky can not ended

the install of it's software, and get me this message: "installation failed,

because of an error occurred. "

and here is the the files that infected with Trojan(reported by kaspersky antivirus 5.0):

1: winlogon.exe

2: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ld100.tmp

i had upload this file:"C:\WINDOWS\system32\ld100.tmp" on the web, maybe help you better

to resolve my problem occurred on my computer.Address of this file:

my OS is Microsoft Windows XP SP2, and my computer is Sony VAIO VGN-FS740/W
