Can anyone help with the WinTouch.exe popup?

Somehow I have managed to collect the WinTouch.exe popup on my PC. It launches targeted advertising sites in new windows, especially for loans or bank accounts if I try to use my internet banking. I am obsessive about keeping my antivirus and antispyware up to date and always have been. I regularly run AdAware Pro on top of Trend PC-Cillin with it's spyware monitor. I've also tried SuperAntiSpyware to no avail. I've tried all of these in safe mode by the way. Even a net search for WinTouch.exe just seems to link to software that changes the date and time attributes of files rather than any spyware removal. Points go to anyone who can explain how I can remove this irritation successfully.
