you are in a greater risk of getting your password hacked if you are going to cyber cafe. A couple of things can help to to keep safe

1) Make sure the cybercafe is a standard one and is aware of security concerns of its customers. You will find antivirus, antispyware programs in a safer computer. You will be in a greater risk if you are accessing a computer which does not have these security softwares

2) Change your passwords often, in your case at least once a week to make sure your account remains safe. Use at least two cybercafes. (If you are using a cybercafe for regular use, then use another cafe to change your password, use different cafes to change passwords alternately)
