How would include in the smallest and safest Windows Installer?

I run CAD software which puts a high tax on my system. I want to optimize it by doing a clean install of Windows XP and am wondering what you would include to keep the system operating at peak performance with the smallest amount of bloat?

So far ive used nLite to trim down the WinXP install and include service packs. Im thinking CCleaner, Firefox, and AVG-Antivirus. Feel free to add more!

I want a clean smooth running system with high-speed internet capability and im loading iTunes also. Remember this is a software question not a hardware question.

Download these two free programs to keep your computer clean of viruses and tuned for maximum performance.

Advanced WindowsCare Personal 2.7.1

Select the Download now button

http://www.download.com/Advanced-Windows...

Go to http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-F... and download a free antivirus program called AVG and run it through the system.

If you have the spare room, Install Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

As I find it more reliable then IE.

Cheers
