STOP: screen, RQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL randomly appears please help me solve?

Sometimes randomly i get this: (In short)A problem detected...(1)If 1st time restart, (2)check hardware, software, ask mnfctr 4 windows updates,(3) If continues remove newly instlld hardw/software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching shadowing. use safe mode if need be. Then says STOP:0x0000000A (0x005500AC, 0x0000001C, 0x00000001, 0x804F1382) Beginning dump of physical memory. Physical mem dump complete. contact adminstrtr/tech supp. 4 assistance. Usually PC runs ok, why this tho? Been running only 2 months. On Wind XP Home ed SP2, 512 mb, 160 gb. Don't know anything about em, can tell u it's new but it's been stored long time. Wind Updates on Auto, but not all R installing, have Panda antivirus, apart from that no precious things on it. Also get this eachtime after username log: RUNDLL Error loading C;\WINDOWS\system 32\wisys16_080106.dll which i just click OK. Can someone tell me whats wrong please. You could try a fix by going to Start then Run. Now type in 'msconfig' without the quotes. Open the Startup Tab. Scroll down the list and untick anything relating to wisys16_080106.dll. Now click apply, click ok. Re-boot your computer. Eventually when your computer boots you will be presented with a new pop-up window - tick do not show again. Good luck.
