WinAntiVirusPro removal?

i got the stupid winantiviruspro group of popups. any1 know where i can find on how to delete everything from my computer of it?

i have norton antivirus, it detects it but doesn't want to remove it

i checked many websites already, they say absolutely nothing on my problem because i didnt' download the software. in fact, i don't even know how i got it in the first place. please help!!!
