I need help! I have a virus!!!?

I have some type of add on. I keep getting pop ups and I can't find where they are. I have Symantec Antivirus, microsoft defender and the aol spy ware stuff. None of it will remove it. I have looked in the add/remove programs and can't seem to find anything there. I have deleted all temp files and cookies. I have also run all 3 spyware adware things several times. I don't have the money to spend on the removal software, not to mention they are one of my popups and I don't want to give them money.

I keep getting this message now.....

Cannot find 'file:///C:/DOCUME~/Mommy/LOCALS~1/Temp/... Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.

What do I do??? Help me PLEASE!!!

How to manage add-ons

Click tools then manage add-ons then enable or disable add-ons - from here you can disable them %26 at a later date re-enable them.
